POLICY: Purchase, Shipping, and Returns

By completing a purchase with the Tillie Rose Boutique, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions of our purchase, shipping and return policies.

The Tillie Rose Boutique has the right to refuse service and orders.

SHIPPING

- Processing time is between 3-7 Business days for your item(s) to be shipped, unless otherwise specified. Please let us know if you need a package expedited and we can arrange for faster processing. If you did not request for expedited processing, and are waiting to receive shipping information on your order. You may contact us after the 7 business days. 

- You have the option to purchase Standard Shipping (2-8 business Days) or Priority Shipping (1- 2 business days) at the time of your purchase. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS or USPS once it leaves our facility. 

-PLEASE TRIPLE check your address. Packages returned to the Tillie Rose for incorrect/ invalid address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. The Tillie Rose is NOT responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Please contact your local post office or UPS facility depending on the carrier used.

-Orders over $50 obtain FREE shipping, with the exception of mega sales and flash sales.

-WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. Call your local post or UPS facility office with your tracking number for any questions or concerns.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

  • Customers whom are unsatisfied with their purchase may notify The Tillie Rose Boutique via email (service@thetillierose.com) within 10 days of purchase and BEFORE returning the items for return instructions.
  • Returns must be made within 15 days with the tags and invoice to receive full refund by the method of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • Returns are not accepted after the 15 days.
  • Items returned WITHOUT TAGS are NOT accepted and will be mailed back at the customer's expense without refund. Items returned with tags, but without the invoice will be applied as store credit on the customer's account. 
  • If the customer chooses to exchange the item for another, store credit will be given when the item is received by the store to purchase the new item.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for store credit to be applied and received via email.
  • Exchanges in sizing can be made without additional cost to the item, but please allow for shipping costs.
  • Items purchased at a discounted rate are not eligible for returns.
  • Any returns received by The Tillie Rose Boutique that show apparent signs of wear, wash, or alteration from the original condition will be sent back at the customer's expense, and any refunds will be cancelled.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses involved with returns.
  • Insurance: We insure ALL of our packages prior to shipping, including standard shipping. Priority Mail has a base insurance of up to $100 with USPS. If your package is lost, stolen, or delivered in bad condition please contact us via email (service@thetillierose.com) to receive help filing a claim. 

PURCHASE POLICIES

SEZZLE PURCHASES
- Refunds will not be offered and no payments can/will be cancelled for any purchase through Sezzle.

-Please read care and handling instructions on all items! The Tillie Rose is NOT responsible for any items ruined, soiled, or shrunk due to incorrect care and handling.

-By reading this policy you acknowledge and understand that clothing color may appear slightly different in person than in pictures due to lighting.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • Pop-up show items are FINAL SALE
  • Discounted Items are FINAL SALE
  • International orders are FINAL SALE. 
  • ALL Sale items are FINAL SALE
  • Items bought on flash sales and/or mega sales via social media do not qualify for FREE shipping over $50.
  • Final sale items: car scents, jewelry, any and all accessories, ALL seasonal items.

-Defective Items and Incorrect Items Received: Please report defective or incorrect items with photos within 2 days of receiving (marked delivered) or defect becomes considered wear & tear and wrong item delivered becomes yours to keep. 

MODIFICATION TO PRICES & ERRORS: Prices of our products are subject to change, prices may change without any notification.

GIVEAWAYS: Winners must be in contact with The Tillie Rose Boutique within 72 hours of being announced to receive the items won.
